This is not the first time we've testified on issues related to the tour bus industry. In March 2016, a public hearing on a proposed rule change for tour bus stops in New York City was held. At this hearing, we proposed a reform we felt would be more effective in decreasing pedestrian and vehicular congestion caused by tour buses and the chosen locations for tour bus stops. You can find that testimony here.
